A Small Rant: Site Content Warnings

Have you ever watched a video on Youtube? I'm sure you have. I pretty much post at least 2 videos every post. I'm sure you've looked up some sort of porn video on YouTube when you were younger and it told you to Log In and verify your age

Have you ever gone to a site like IGN and went to view footage of an M-rated game and then it asks you for your birthday? I just did that a few minutes ago, and it's partially the reason why I'm typing this now.

I think you know where I'm going with this. The only question that remains is, are you 18 or over the age of 18?

What would have happened if you were not 18 and were viewing this blog anyways? If it were up to me, I would have your monitor explode, propelling fiberglass and plastic into your eyes, or have a Big Daddy come and just drill you in the fucking face. And if you somehow killed the Big Daddy before hand, then the helicopter robots will fuck you over right after. Also, no Vita-Chambers.

I find it really hard to believe that these site content warnings hardly ever prevent who ever the fuck they're trying to stop from looking at penises entering vaginae and people getting decapitated.

Think of it this way, have you ever visited a site (I'm not going to name sites, this can get real awkward real fast), got to the content warning, and been like, "I don't know guys, I don't think I feel comfortable viewing this" and then clicked 'I Disagree'. I have never clicked 'I Disagree', ever. To be honest, I'm not even sure what happens if you click 'I Disagree'. Does your computer just shut down? Does the site say "So what, you're too good for me now? FUCK YOU' and it just goes straight to the website anyways. And then you're watching 2girls1cup backwards.

I just tried to picture that in my mind. Feels bad.

Now that the poop is coming out instead of going in, think about the people that are trying to access the site anyways. Some of these people actually pay money to view pornography on the internet, or are desperate and stupid enough to watch softcore porn videos on YouTube because they don't know how to torrent/rapidshare or anything. These are sick, mentally deformed people who have made habits out of viewing and watching this shit, why inconvenience us...I mean them, by asking them if they agree to view the content? They're going to say yes anyways? You're just making them mad by interrupting their flow by asking them to click Yes or I Agree

Just think of it this way. If a fucking Mexican person is trying to access a porn website in English, this is what they see:

Have you ever been to a Mexican porn site? It's just as well protected as the Mexican border. People are just hoping over fences and stealing shit.

If a child is viewing it, they don't even read the text. All they see is a big fucking smiley face and hearts and shit next to the 'YES' and a skull and crossbones and fire next to the 'NO'. I'm pretty sure that's how my Donkey Kong 64 100% completion save got deleted when I was younger. Three months of my childhood wasted because someone let a fucking toddler play with my Nintendo 64. So many bananas and pointless shit collected, gone in less than 5 minutes.

On IGN, if you went to go watch a video on No More Heroes 2, you have to deal with the drop down box birthday bullshit. When ever I have the option to do that, I always do February 28th 1933. I don't know why I picked the date, I just want to be the guy or computer program that looks at all the random dates and computes that a 77 year old man is watching videos on NMH2 on IGN. There's probably more people doing that than I think there is.

Plus, once you hit the age of 12, you've already figured out all the tricks to accessing shit like this. YouTube doesn't ask for your birth certificate. You just go and edit the profile information. I have like 3 different YouTube accounts.

• Account that I use for my content and favorite videos as RG Prime
• Account for going around posting comments as a 33 year old Korean man.
• Account where I pretend I'm a 19 year old girl where I go and flirt with people on their channels and then troll them by sending them pictures of Annie K and follow up by sending them webcam videos with dicks in them.

I think I'm running out of people on the internet who don't know what an Annie K is and how to obtain one. Don't judge me, I need something to do on my breaks at school. It's extremely gratifying and it makes me feel better about the few times it happened to me when I was in middle/high school.

Anyways. tl;dr, site content warning are pretty much the most useless thing ever. This post was basically just an excuse for me to not do homework anyways.
