Fuck yeah, Paint It, Black

Here's one of the 3 designs I promised. RG Love. At least a draft of it. This is far as this design is probably going to go. I don't see this being used because I'm apparently too immature for a relationship, since my idea of 'love' is only girls, hearts and flowers. I just have too many issues with myself and I don't want to waste anyone's time, test anyone's patience, hurt anyone's feelings anymore. My conscience just can't take the guilt anymore.

Anyways, this remains as a reminder of something great I once had and that I still care about.

As far as a self critique goes, I think it looks alright. As you can see I hesitated to draw a nose and mouth for the girl because everything I drew looked like shit. I should've drawn a :3 mouth. The brushing and heart in the background may have been too gratuitous looking back at it now, at least just the part where the girl is. I like using the pen tool to draw lazers (yes, I know laser is spelled wrong), or in this case, stems.

I suppose I should credit the person that made the brushes, fonts, and the photograph of the flower, but they can suck on my balls. At least the girl is my own personal source material <3

I've been taking an online course and doing my own Photoshop CS4 study through a book I purchased. I've liked to say I learned some new stuff, but this work certainly doesn't show it. If anything I've learned some keyboard shortcuts which allows me to go faster, and how to make the perfect selection (ie. cutting something out of a picture). I picked up an HTML/XHTML book too. Should be good times once it's all said and done and learned.

RG Gaming and RG Rockin should be epic if I can ever get some decent pictures taken with my camera.
